(rollingstone.com) Master P and his son, Romeo, are taking the fight against what some people deem to be objectionable rap lyrics seriously: They co-founded Take a Stand Records, a label that will put out “hip-hop artists with street music without offensive lyrics.†Today the label’s maiden digital release with independent online music store AmieStreet.com — Gutta Music All-Stars, a mixtape of hip-hop singles originally released in May — comes out, featuring a bonus Master P/Romeo duet called “Let the Kids Grow.†(This link also features a audio sample of the song)
