Planets of the Apes Cartoon (I barely remember this one)
Jabberjaw (just STOOPID!!)

whoa! whoa!! slow your roll, son. Godzilla? You CAN’T think Godzilla was wack. The way he used to raise up outta the ocean?! Come on. Tell me you didn’t raise up out of the tub like that at least twice. The rest of those cartoons, I’m with you. Especially Jabberjaws, which was Bruce as an extra-effiminate Curly. I hated that jawn. But Godzilla? Godzilla was the truth. And Godzukey? (What I could never figure out was whether Godzukey was Godzilla’s son or nephew or what. Was he going to grow into another Godzilla or was he going to stay that way?)
Godzilla quickly became stupid to me because it lacked the creativity to tell the same story over and over again and still keep me interested. He had no superpowers except for the fire out of his mouth. As far as Godzukey goes, I think he was just a midget.

well, true on it being the same story over and over. plus, i never really had the opportunity to be an every-saturday-morninger. well, i was checkin in most saturday mornings, but if i remember correctly, godzilla was going right up against thundarr the barbarian. thundarr was that dude.
Hey can anyone help me? I can’t remember the name of the cartoon, but my brother and I used to watch this one cartoon every saturday (faithfully) I remember that the male characters name was Johnny and the female’s name was Cathy (Kathy). I have looked online, but found no leads. If I am not mistakened, I think that they were also black. This cartoon had to come out anywhere between the lte 60’s, 70’s, and early eighties.
